We will be changing our West Coast data center IP address on January 25th, 2020 and customers should expect a 15 minute interruption during the maintenance window. If you have whitelisted our IP addresses previously, you will need to update your firewall rules with the new IP. The updated IP addresses can be found found at helpdesk.egnyte.com. Customers may also experience a minor blip of up to 48 hours as DNS propagates.
